Until the formal document is published, this page captures the working terms for design-partner accounts. Your account is created on the understanding that:

  • Dawnkin is provided as-is during the design-partner phase, without uptime guarantees.
  • Your data is stored on US-based infrastructure (Neon Postgres on AWS us-east, Cloudflare R2 US). No Canadian data-residency option is available at this stage; see counsel if you have a regulatory residency requirement.
  • Prendergast Digital Solutions Inc. may contact you about your account and product changes.
  • You may export or delete your data on request at any time.

Privacy

Personal information is handled under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA federally and Quebec Law 25 for Quebec residents). The privacy policy is published separately when the formal Terms ship.

Acceptance record

When you accept these terms on the registration form, Dawnkin records the version identifier (v0) and the acceptance timestamp on your user account. If the terms change materially we will prompt you to accept the new version on your next sign-in.
